Frequency and Directions of Use:
1. The protective film runs throughout the patch and is divided into multiple sections.
2. Remove the film in the center of the patch and place it in the middle of the desired area.
3. After pressing the center region firmly, start removing the film on one side. Press the patch firmly onto your skin as you remove the film to ensure that maximum coverage is achieved without any wrinkles.
4. Repeat the steps for the other side.
5. Leave it on for 8 hours for optimum results.
